Whoa my First Snowstorm

In early March 2009 we had our first major snowstorm. As usual we beg for fun winter weather, like snow so its worth getting out into the cold for. It usually just above freezing rain is all we get, this is really nasty weather so we stay cooped up inside, in addition to that its just overcast in low 30s and I don't think playground time is worth risking getting sick, so again we stay indoors. At this point its cabin fever, it has really been a long cold winter, especially for native Texans who aren't used to it!! But finally the huge snowfall, we have been waiting for and guess what we were all sick!! FIGURES!! After debating long and hard we decided we wouldn't have another chance this season and to just go out for a little while. Here we are sick but having fun!!

 

 

 

 

Turns out the snow was up to my knees about 18inches!!! We weren't suppose to get more than 10 inches but instead got almost twice that!! It was so fun, Than even braved the storm for a prego ice cream craving, what a loving husband!
