CUPCAKE-CAKE TAKE 2!!!!

After eyeing this mixer for years, a coupon and mail in rebate, I bought my beautiful pink kitchen aid mixer!!! I am the only person I know to not have one of these mixers, so I was so excited about it. I named her "Mixie" I decided to break mixie in with a second try at using my cupcake-cake pan.

The pictures don't do it justice! I dusted the bottom with powdered sugar, (it just looks like a white blob on film) and the top was frosted with lavender cream chz frosting with large pastel confetti sprinkles. Even the confetti cake mix added to the cuteness of this dessert. I was way better than the first attempt and tasted super, must have been the mixer ;)
